Handel's Messiah  . . .

A series of images for a BYU-TV documentary film on Handel's Messiah, scheduled to air in late 2014. Having a great appreciation for this great work of George Fredrick Handel, I was thrilled to be involved in another compelling project by director Lee Groberg. We filmed in many amazing locations around the UK such as Bath, Dover Castle, Berkley Castle, Wesley's Chapel in Bristol and Richmond in the North country. I have included a few of my favorites here ...

E3 Imagine  . . .

My wife Liz and I determined in 2011 to create a series of children's educational apps and books using photography and video of children and families from all around the world - focusing on the beauty and significance of families of all nationalities and cultures. After some 32 flights and about 10 weeks, we had circled the planet and accumulated more than 30,000 images and 160+ hours of video of 75 families and more than 200 children in 19 countries. The first iOS app, "Counting Around The World" and four children’s book publications are completed and available. Here's a gallery of some favorite shots.

Fires of Faith . . .

A three hour documentary mini-series produced by my good friends Lee Groberg and Mark Goodman for BYUTV. The 2011 film and hardback publication (featuring my photography) chronicle the coming forth of the King James Bible in 1611 and marked it's 400 year anniversary. The documentary film project and hardback publication included planned shoot in a number of amazing places throughout Europe including Belgium, Germany, UK, Israel and Italy.

Glenn Beck; Restoring Love . . .

Dallas Cowboy Stadium, July 2012 - Glenn Beck held a function entitled "Restoring Love" and packed the stadium with more than 45,000 people. My good friend Mark Mabry - who was working for Glenn as a writer/director/photographer and all-around creative guy at the time - asked me to come shoot a few of my HDR panoramas for the event.

Just a bunch of really good fun ...

Millennial Choirs and Orchestras . . .

This is an amazing and inspired organization that is changing the lives of people with music. What is it about music that can effect people in such a deep and meaningful way? Whatever it is, my good friends Brandon and Brett Stewart have got some portion of the equation figured out.

I enjoy shooting many of their events and concerts.

Mesa Arizona Easter Pageant . . .

This outdoor Pageant has been staged at the LDS Temple in Mesa for more than 35 years … or something like that. It has grown in popularity to the largest outdoor pageant in the world with a cast of more than 500 and crowds of up to 15,000 attending the free event. I have been shooting performances voluntarily for this amazing show since 2010. I also serve as stage manager, set coordinator and large props manager.
